Description:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
• Responsible for process improvement (KAIZEN)
• Responsible for Design and Development for new parts.
• Cooperation with QA Department for part approval, Production Department for mass production, Purchasing Department for material request and preparation, Planning Department for schedule sample run.
• Involve in Internal and External Audit for ISO 9001 & 14001, IATF16949.
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong statistical process control background
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive with proven solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and computer software including Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint and Excel)
